What we collect
When you take the Sleep Code quiz or ask for the tracker, we collect your email address, your quiz result and the page you signed up from. When you buy on Gumroad, Gumroad shares your email and the product you bought with us so we can send the program.
Our website measures visits without cookies. We record the page, the referring site, the campaign tag in the link, your device type and country. We don't store your IP address; we use it only to create a visitor code that changes every day and can't identify you.
How we use it
- To send the emails you asked for: your quiz result or tracker, a short series on midlife sleep, and the 3AM Reset program if you buy it.
- To understand which pages and posts help people, so we can write better ones.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
- Brevo (email delivery and contact list)
- Netlify (website hosting and storage)
- Gumroad (checkout and file delivery)
- If enabled, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures ad performance through its pixel.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your data, email therestedera@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
